We begin processing an order after payment is confirmed. The usual processing period is 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. Processing may take longer during public holidays or unusually busy periods.

2. Transit and Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 15–30 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The actual time can vary with destination, carrier operations, weather, customs processing, and other events outside our reasonable control.

3. Tracking Updates

Tracking information will be sent by email when available after dispatch. Please check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. A carrier may take some time to display its first scan.

4. Delivery Details

Review the shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible.

5. Shipping Charges

Any shipping charge applicable to the order will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

6. Delays or Delivery Problems

If tracking appears stalled, a parcel is overdue, or an item arrives damaged, email service@luvtixo.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it.
